Originally from Ghana, Isaac moved To America in 2007 on a soccer scholarship from University of Dayton, Ohio. Becoming a standout for 3 seasons, Isaac was taken #42 overall pic in the 2010 MLS Superdraft by Chivas USA. Kissi went ahead and signed with the Rochester Rhinos from 2010-2013 where he made 50 appearances and led the team in scoring in 2011.

Unfortunately, injuries retired him from the league. Isaac has since graduated from the University of Rochester School of Nursing with a BSN. He works as a registered nurse now and is the current General Manager the new USPL team- Roc City Boom. Isaac takes classes part-time towards his Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Rochester.
